Savings Example: Many residential real estate listings are set up so that the "seller's agent" gets a 3% commission and the "buyer's agent" gets a 3% commission.
In this scenario you would pay a total of 6% in commission.
I do things a little differently. I cut my commission in half! This results in you paying a total of 4.5% for all commissions
(saving you $3,750 on a sale price of $250,000)!
